1) Independent Platform / No Company Affiliation

Wings and Wealth is an independently produced educational media platform. All content on Wings and Wealth—including podcasts, videos, livestreams, posts, newsletters, show notes, descriptions, transcripts, graphics, and any related materials (collectively, the “Content”)—is created and published by me in my personal capacity.

No company, employer, client, or other organization is affiliated with, sponsors, endorses, supervises, controls, or is responsible for the Content. The views and opinions expressed are solely my own and do not reflect the views of any employer, client, or other organization.

2) Status Disclosure (Former Series 65)

I previously held the Series 65 license and formerly served as a fiduciary investment adviser representative. I have relinquished the Series 65 and I am not currently registered or licensed as an investment adviser representative in any jurisdiction. I work professionally in lead development (lead generation) and may work with multiple companies across regulated and non-regulated industries. Wings and Wealth is not used to generate leads for any company or to solicit advisory clients. Any business relationships I have are separate from Wings and Wealth unless explicitly disclosed.
